THIS. Cranberry chicken with broccoli and rice. Usually I don’t eat white rice but it’s what we had left so I used it. I popped the broccoli in the microwave and seasoned it with salt, pepper, and a little bit of smart balance butter. There’s also Chia seeds cooked into the cranberry topping on the chicken .

I just made my very own spinach protein pancakes! They’re excellent, and topped with a little soy nut butter, banana slices, and honey, they’re to die for!
My recipe is based off of this recipe, but with some alterations. I’ll update this later on with the specifics.
